1.1 Update:

I finally got around to adding a few ideas that I wasn't able to implement during the course of the game jam. Most significantly this includes a harder level that no one asked for, as well as the ability to start a new game without having to reload the page. There are also a handful of minor changes that I'm not going to list because meh.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is an entry for KenneyJam 2024. The theme was CONNECTION.

In this game you're a pilot of a small cargo loading craft, tasked with using leftover shipping containers to build a chain to make an electrical connection between a space station's solar array and their maintenance hub. Why are they using shipping containers instead of electrical cables? Incompetence!

WASD for the movement controls. A/D will spin your ship, W will thrust forwards, S will thrust in reverse. Use E to activate the grabber if a container is in range, drag it to the electrical chain, and press E again to release it when it's where you want it. The current passing through the active chain will hold the containers in place.

See how fast you can connect the electrical service. My best time so far is 3:05.

The awesome music in this game was made specifically for it by my daughter Sam.

This was actually very fun to play, also the song, fits the game so well, a really good jam entry <3
The only thing I'd add is to make the sky/space texture just a tad bit better, otherwise a good game, loved also the timer at the end!
Good job team!!!

Fun!  I'm soo glad that once connected it becomes a static body :)

my original idea was to have significant impacts with floating  containers or your ship knock them loose, but I decided it was difficult enough already.
