Laser Paddles 1.6 released!

Laser Paddles has been updated from v1.1 to v1.6. What happened to v1.2-1.5? That's none of your business, how dare you ask me that!?

This update was started because in October of 2025 Unity announced a potential security flaw in games built with their engine and suggested that any games built in it be recompiled in patched versions of the Unity editor. For some reason I went even further than that and updated the game from Unity 2018.4 to the much more current Unity 6. This broke a bunch of things that I had to fix. 

And then for some other reason, I switched from the old Unity built-in renderer to the newer Universal Render Pipeline. That broke a bunch more stuff that I had to fix. 

So after all of that, I decided to add another game mode, and went with a Disco mode, and all that really does is add a bunch of distracting flashing lights and some different music. But it still made me happy to add it, so there you go.
