Finally have something at a point where I feel like it's ready to be shared. My five year old asked for a game where you were "inside the computer and trying to find things", so I've made Critter Search for her. It's a VR game where you try to find animals scattered around a couple scenes. Only two scenes right now because that's all the time I've felt like spending on this game so far, but if anybody enjoys it and would like more, I have some ideas that could be fun. 

There's a handful of minor bugs in the game, mostly having to do with colliders being a bit wonky, but I don't think it should be anything too game breaking. The current version is built only for the HTC Vive, but I'm planning on adding a controller configuration for the Oculus Rift in the near future. 

This little game uses a whole bunch of free tools and assets, so I'd like to thank VRTK, kenney.nl, Vertex Cat, and freesound.org for generously providing so much cool and useful stuff for free. I paid for an upgraded version of Unity, but they have a great free version as well, so they're also awesome. And of course, thanks to my daughter for the idea, and for being intensely critical of the game at every stage of its development.
